Serving as Senior Counsel to the firm, Jeffrey Albanese focuses his practice on malpractice, commercial litigation, and insurance defense. Jeff regularly represents health care entities and providers in litigation, negligence, licensing, and professional discipline matters.

He has extensive experience leading litigation matters, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice. Jeff also has significant appellate experience perfecting and arguing appeals in the State of the New York Appellate Division, Fourth Department.
